I recently recorded a podcast for International Women’s Day. Focussing on my experience working in high hazard industries as a non-technical women, it reminded me why I value diversity and the questions about role models surprised me.

Whilst I tend not to share work-related posts on this blog, this is relevant to Grenfell and my belief that we need ensure multiple, diverse voices are heard if we are to learn.
